1. Orders & Payment
How do I place an order?
Simply choose your favorite pieces, add them to your cart, and complete your purchase. You’ll receive an email confirmation right after.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, etc.), PayPal, Apple Pay, and Shop Pay.
You can also split your payment into 3 installments with Alma at checkout.
Are there any hidden fees?
No surprises! The price you see is the final price (excluding shipping). Please note that for international orders, local taxes or customs duties may apply.
2. Shipping & Delivery
What are the shipping costs and delivery times?
Delivery is free to pick-up points within France. Other shipping options are available depending on your destination. Delivery usually takes 2–5 business days, depending on the carrier.
Can I track my order?
Absolutely! You’ll receive a tracking link by email, and you can also follow your order through the “Track My Order” section in the menu.
What if my package is lost or damaged?
Contact us right away. We’ll open a claim with the carrier and make sure you get a quick solution.
3. Returns & Exchanges
Can I return or exchange an item?
Yes, you have 24 days from receipt to return or exchange your jewelry (items must be unworn and in perfect condition). Return shipping is at the customer’s expense.
How do I return an item?
Just reach out to us, carefully pack your jewelry, and send it back to our workshop address. Once received and checked, we’ll process your refund or exchange.
How long does a refund take?
Refunds are issued within 3–5 business days after we receive your return (depending on your original payment method).
4. Warranty & After-Sales Service
Is my jewelry covered by a warranty?
Yes! All our pieces come with a 4-year warranty against manufacturing defects. Please note that normal wear and tear or accidental damage are not covered.
5. Jewelry & Care
Are your creations unique?
Yes — every piece is handcrafted and one-of-a-kind, thanks to the natural variations of wood, resin, and finishes.
Can I order a custom piece?
Of course! Contact us to create a bespoke design tailored to your wishes.
How do I care for my jewelry?
Keep it away from water, solvents, and shocks. Clean gently with a soft cloth. Each order includes a small care guide with detailed instructions.
6. Account & Loyalty
Do I need to create an account?
Not at all — but having one makes it easier to track your orders and access your history.
Do you have a loyalty program?
We don’t have a formal program, but we love surprising our returning customers with little gifts and bonuses.
7. Gift Box & Packaging
How will my jewelry be packaged?
Each piece comes in a protective box with foam to keep it safe from scratches. Gift wrapping is also available upon request (depending on the season).
8. Other Questions
What if my jewelry breaks?
Get in touch with our after-sales service. If your piece is still under warranty, we’ll repair or replace it. If not, we can still offer a repair service.
I own a store — can we collaborate?

Can I cancel or modify my order?
Yes, as long as your order hasn’t been shipped yet.
