Shipping policy


1. Order Processing Time

All orders are prepared and shipped from our workshop located in Vals-les-Bains, France.
Each order is processed within 24 to 48 business hours (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number.

2. Available Shipping Methods

🇫🇷 Mainland France

  • Free delivery via Mondial Relay (pickup point)
    Estimated delivery time: 3 to 5 business days

  • Tracked Letter – €6
    Direct delivery to your address via La Poste with tracking.
    Estimated delivery time: 2 to 3 business days

  • Chronopost (optional): available upon request.

🇫🇷 French Overseas Territories (DOM-TOM)

  • Tracked Letter – €12
    Delivery with tracking via La Poste.
    Estimated delivery time: 5 to 8 business days

🇪🇺 European Union

  • Free delivery via tracked letter
    Delivery time varies depending on the destination country: 5 to 10 business days

🌍 Rest of the World

  • International Colissimo – €27
    Tracked and signed delivery.
    Estimated delivery time according to La Poste’s conditions: 4 to 8 business days

3. Delivery Times

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, a confirmation email containing your tracking number will be sent to you.

5. Customs Fees and Taxes

For deliveries outside the European Union, customs duties, import taxes, or local charges may apply according to the legislation of the destination country.
These fees remain the customer’s responsibility.

6. Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your parcel is damaged upon receipt, please refuse delivery and contact our customer service at contact@gautrot.com
