Refund policy

We hope you love your jewelry as much as we loved creating it.
However, if something isn’t quite right, we’ll be happy to help you with a return or exchange.


Returns

You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return or exchange your item.
After 30 days, we’re unfortunately unable to offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition in which you received it.
It must also be returned in its original packaging.

Please include your receipt or proof of purchase with your return.


Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we’ll send you a confirmation email.
We’ll then notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund request.

If approved, your refund will be processed automatically and applied to your original method of payment within a few business days.


Delayed or missing refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet, we recommend:

  1. Checking your bank account again,

  2. Contacting your credit card company, as it may take a few days before your refund is officially posted,

  3. Contacting your bank, as some processing time is often required before a refund appears.
